We’ll explore the site and discover their excellent organic olive oil and wine production. As we continue towards the green province of Apokoronas, we’ll visit the Fortress of Koules, impressively situated with views over Souda Gulf. The tour then takes us inland to visit a local ceramicist’s studio, whose home, often featured in Greek and international media, is a superb example of traditional architecture, perfectly integrated with the surrounding countryside.
